This small pantry had enough storage, but crowded shelves and mixed categories made it difficult to see what was available and keep everyday items accessible. The project focused on creating clearer zones and making better use of the existing shelving.
The goal was not to add more storage. It was to make the existing space easier to use.

Items were crowded together with limited separation between categories, making it difficult to see what was available. Frequently used products competed with overflow items, and maintaining the pantry required moving things around to reach what was needed.

Clear zones make food and household items easier to see, reach and return. Categories are grouped together, frequently used items are more accessible, and the pantry is easier to maintain without adding new shelving or changing the space.

Food was grouped into clear categories so similar items live together and are easier to see, reach and return.

Frequently used items were moved into easier-to-reach positions, while less-used and overflow items were placed farther from the primary access zones.

Crowded shelves were simplified so individual products are easier to identify without moving multiple items out of the way.
